Q. What Batteries do these take and do they turn off. It takes us 5 minutes to change the batteries in each of your basic stopwatches
A. Hi Mark, thanks for your question. 18-1375 is the order code for replacement batteries. They auto switch off after a period of non use.

These timers are OK, but the box is too small for them as they fit without the lanyards, but with, they need to be packed away very carefully if the lid is to close. As it is a set, this is a problem. They are the same size as a stopwatch so smaller than you would think. Better than separate stopwatches, but could be better with a different case and a larger size of display. Often teachers want to peer over a child's shoulder to help them and these are tricky to do that with from a distance and read the display.
