This Velleman Power Supply Kit is meant as an auxiliary or as a permanent power supply for all common Velleman kits based on a stabilised DC voltage between 3 and 30V, provided that the consumption does not exceed 3A, but can also be used for other purposes. By replacing the trimmer with a potentiometer it can even be used as an adjustable power supply unit.

I bought these for the low noise level and ran a pair in series to power my Eurorack modular synth. Bought a centre tap 15v 80va transformer and it stays nice and cool even with a fully populated 110hp x 12U setup.
